Jompter is a macOS tool that helps you describe bugs, features, and design changes to AI assistants — dictate with on-device transcription, capture and annotate screenshots, collect everything into a prompt, and copy it as AI-ready Markdown. Cloud transcription and AI transforms are optional paid features.
02Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
03Licenses and subscriptions

Billing. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our refund practices and applicable law.
04Acceptable use
Don't misuse Jompter: no reverse-engineering or circumventing license checks, no unlawful or infringing content, and no attempts to disrupt or abuse the service or its providers.
05Your content and intellectual property
You own the content you create with Jompter — your transcripts, screenshots, and prompts. We own the Jompter software, branding, and related intellectual property. These Terms don't transfer ownership of either.
06Third-party AI services
Cloud features rely on third-party AI providers. Their availability, output quality, and terms are outside our control, and AI output may be inaccurate — review it before relying on it.
07Disclaimers
Jompter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jompter and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
09Termination
You may stop using Jompter and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Jompter, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
11Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
