Drag Jompter into Applications, then open it from there.

Sign in from the app, pick a speech model, set your hotkeys.

No. Jompter is Apple Silicon only (M1 or newer), on macOS 13 Ventura or later — the on-device AI models don't ship for Intel.
Every build is signed and notarized by Apple, so macOS opens it without a warning. The same .dmg is published on GitHub with each release.
You don't have to. Jompter checks for a new version at launch, shows a banner, and installs it after verifying the signature.
No. The GitHub repository publishes the signed builds and release notes; the source is private.
Not yet — Jompter is macOS only. There is a Windows waitlist.
